Central America: Sourced from the best regions throughout Central America, we source varietals that are fully washed, providing beautiful chocolatey smoothness, with endnotes of vanilla.
Ethiopia: From the high altitude region of Nekempti in Western Ethiopia, this coffee has a bold fruitiness and vanilla, with a good body that binds the flavours together.
Colombia: A fully washed coffee from the Magdalena, this Colombian coffee provides a velvety mouthfeel, with a light touch of sweet acidity that binds the caramel undertones to complete the blend beautifully.
