Each week, our roaster sources a small batch specialty roast of single-origin coffee from around the world. Each single-origin batch is sourced from organic plantations offering different techniques of washing and fermentation. Our single-origin coffee comes as whole bean so that you can grind it to the consistency that will suit you, the way you like your cup! Whether it’s an Ethiopian, an Indian, or somewhere in Central America – we will send the info with you of how the coffee was grown, processed, and roasted, and our tasting notes. Our roast is done on Monday - if your order is in sooner, we will dispatch your fresh coffee by Tuesday!
