Brazil: Brazilian naturally processed beans allow for rich and chocolatey notes, with extended sun-drying bringing through an earthy caramel undertone.
Ethiopia: Ethiopian Djimma beans are handpicked at high altitudes, balancing the flavours with a unique fruity complexity, brought from local techniques of extended fermentation of the fruit.
India: Indian washed coffee provides a rich aftertaste, powerfully cutting through and binding the blend beautifully, and providing character to the crema!
